By downloading, installing, or using the Grow mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Grow is a mobile application designed to help users track their journey to quit smoking. The App provides features including:

• Progress tracking and statistics
• Savings calculator
• AI-powered chat support
• Community features (for Pro subscribers)
• Milestone notifications
• Health improvement tracking

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided in the App, including AI chat responses, is for informational and motivational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of the App in helping you quit smoking.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Continue without an account (limited features)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Version

Basic features are available for free, including progress tracking and limited AI chat messages.

Pro Subscription

Pro features are available through a subscription:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings
• No refunds for partial periods

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Grow → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Grow → Cancel

You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Share inappropriate or harmful content in community features
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the App
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Grow or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (chat messages, plant names, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide and improve our services.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. AI Chat Disclaimer

The AI chat feature is powered by artificial intelligence and may occasionally provide inaccurate or inappropriate responses. AI responses are not:

• Medical advice or professional counseling
• Guaranteed to be accurate or complete
• A substitute for human support or therapy

Use the AI chat at your own discretion and always verify important information with qualified professionals.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The App will help you quit smoking

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
